End-to-End Control System Engineering

Typical scope includes instrumentation, I/O architecture, PLC and remote I/O, control panels, motor and drive interfaces, HMI, SCADA, BMS, alarm and event handling, historian/data interfaces, industrial Ethernet, Modbus, BACnet, serial networks, telemetry and third-party equipment integration.

Projects can cover design, detailed engineering, software development, panel integration, installation, testing, commissioning, migration planning and lifecycle support.

Semiconductor Plant-Wide Reference

CANS delivered a semiconductor BMS/SCADA integration project covering approximately 2,500 I/O, more than 800 instruments and 23 PLC control panels, with interfaces to chillers, AHUs, compressors, air dryers, transformers, VSDs, power meters and existing PLC systems.

The work was engineered and commissioned in a running plant.
