CLEANROOM DOOR INTERLOCKING

Controlled Access for Critical Environments

CANS designs application-specific door interlocking systems for cleanrooms and controlled environments where access sequencing, pressure integrity and operational safety must be managed reliably.

Interlock Logic

Configurable door sequencing and permissive logic prevents conflicting access states and supports defined cleanroom operating procedures.

Industrial Control Hardware

Controllers, door sensors, locking devices, indicators and interfaces are selected to suit the facility architecture and operational requirements.

Engineering & Commissioning

CANS can provide system design, control logic, panel engineering, integration, testing and commissioning as part of the complete solution.

Suitable Environments

  • Semiconductor facilities
  • Pharmaceutical manufacturing
  • Laboratories and controlled production areas
  • Airlocks and material-transfer zones
  • Other pressure- or contamination-sensitive spaces

Application-Specific by Design

Door quantities, interlock groups, emergency override philosophy, access-control interfaces, alarms and operating modes differ between facilities. The system should therefore be engineered around the actual process and room relationships rather than treated as a generic access-control package.
