CANiS · CANS INTEGRATION SERVER

Industrial Middleware for ERP, MES, WMS & Legacy Systems

CANiS is CANS’s integration server for connecting enterprise and operational software that were never designed to work together. It provides a controlled middleware layer between ERP, MES, WMS and future systems, reducing manual re-entry and fragmented point-to-point interfaces.

INDUSTRIAL SYSTEM INTEGRATION

One Integration Layer Instead of Multiple Point-to-Point Interfaces

Manufacturing environments often contain ERP, MES, WMS and specialist applications from different vendors, each using different data models and interfaces. CANiS acts as the central integration hub so information can be exchanged and synchronised without forcing replacement of the existing systems.

REST API

Connect systems that expose HTTP/REST interfaces for controlled data exchange.

SQL / Database

Read or update approved application data through database interfaces where appropriate.

RPA / GUI Bridge

Bridge legacy applications that do not provide a suitable write API by automating approved user-interface transactions.

Future Connectors

Extend the integration layer as new applications and interface methods are introduced.

WHAT CANiS DOES

Integration Built Around Real Production Workflows

Core integration services

Authentication & API access — controlled endpoints and token-based access where required.

Data processing — pre-processing, mapping, transformation and routing between systems.

Communication management — coordinates HTTP/REST, SQL and RPA-based exchanges.

Error handling & logging — records integration activity and supports troubleshooting when a transaction cannot complete normally.

Typical manufacturing flows

Manufacturing orders and priority planning

Product and contact master-data synchronisation

Inventory adjustments and stock movements

Expected receipts, ASN and customer-order notifications

MES production completion and ERP reporting

Designed for Brownfield Manufacturing IT

CANiS was developed from a production integration requirement where ERP, MES and WMS were supplied by different vendors and needed reliable data exchange without replacing the applications themselves. The platform is deployed as a central middleware service inside the customer network and can be expanded as additional systems are introduced.
Typical delivery stages: requirements and interface mapping → architecture design → connector development → integration testing → UAT → deployment and go-live support.
